HISTORY
We have been present on the real estate market for over 25 years. We create projects for leading investors from the public, state and private sectors.
AWARDS
We have won numerous awards and won competitions. Among others, the 1st prize and the construction of the LINTE^2 building for the Gdańsk University of Technology.

We design to trigger emotions. We want our works to inspire, while creating synergy with the surrounding reality. We want the areas developed by us to be friendly to the people living in them and shape their aesthetic sensitivity, approach to the world, pro-ecological attitudes, and positively influence their life choices.
We actively promote sustainable construction. We belong to the Polish Green Building Association. Our team includes BREEAM assessors and the Green Building certification auditor.

In the process of investment planning, vision matters, but so do hard realities.
We know the real estate market. We know what problems investors face and what the risk of underestimation of investments is. That is why we have created a product with future real estate buyers in mind. Area’s development capacity analysis is an excellent tool supporting the investor’s decision-making process. It helps to assess the real value and potential of the land and estimate the profitability of the future investment.
BREEAM and Green Building certification
Sustainable construction is not only a necessity, but also benefits for the Investor, tenants and residents.
To better understand the issue of sustainable construction, our team has been trained in designing in accordance with the requirements of BREEAM and Polish certification for residential buildings Green Building. Our team includes licensed BREEAM – New Construction and BREEAM In-Use assessors and an accredited Green Building certification auditor.
Our design office can offer both a design service and preparation of documents and carrying out the process necessary to obtain a certificate.
